Before we propose anything, we review what you have.
Start with a free reviewThat means reviewing your existing website, your presence in local search, and whether the path from finding your business to contacting you is clear enough. We do this before any scope is written or any price is mentioned. It takes a couple of hours and produces a short written summary of what is working, what is not, and what we would do about it. You receive that summary regardless of what you decide to do next.
That review shapes everything that follows.
If your site is structurally sound but not appearing in search, we focus on that. If it is visible but losing people before they make contact, we focus on that. If improving it would cost more than replacing it, we say so and explain why. The work we propose is always based on what the review found, not on what we would prefer to sell.
Once the work is agreed, the price is fixed before it starts. Not a range, not a day rate, a single number that covers everything in scope. If something changes materially during the project, that conversation happens before any additional work is done.
When the work is complete, we track three things: how many enquiries the site is generating, where the business appears in search, and whether the technical foundations are holding. We come back to those at 90 days and have a direct conversation about what changed and what did not.
That conversation determines what comes next. If the results are there, continuing makes sense and is usually straightforward to agree. If something has not moved the way it should have, we identify it early and address it.
Most clients stay involved with us after the initial project. Not because they have to, but because having someone who knows their website, monitors it, and can act without a lengthy briefing process turns out to be useful.
We do not oversell. We do not produce reports that nobody reads. We do not chase activity metrics that do not connect to enquiries. If something is not relevant to whether your website is generating work, we do not spend time on it.
